Manassé Bokole was a PhD candidate at HEIP School when she creates Nomadly and where her research focuses on international trade in technology and space industries between Europe and the United States. Through field research—including visits to major space institutions such as NASA and interviews with diplomats, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and researchers—she gained first-hand insight into the structural barriers facing emerging space innovators. These experiences led her to found Nomadly in 2024, with the mission of democratizing access to global space markets. She is also president of the non-profit organization 3I3S-Africa (International Ifor AeroSpace and Satellite Applications), which promotes space innovation across the African continent by connecting space expertise with global needs.
